Terms & Conditions (as of June 2026)
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Creative Productions (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “your”).
Our aim is to provide a professional, transparent and enjoyable experience for every client. These terms are designed to clearly outline responsibilities, expectations and project procedures to protect both parties and ensure successful project delivery.
By accepting a quotation, proposal, invoice or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Quotations & Project Approval
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
A project is considered confirmed once written approval is received and any required deposit has been paid.
Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or revised timelines.
3. Deposits & Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

A deposit may be required before work commences.

Remaining balances are due upon completion of the project and prior to final delivery of master files.

Invoices are payable within the payment period specified on the invoice.

Late payments may incur statutory interest and recovery costs where permitted by law.

Creative Productions reserves the right to pause work or withhold final deliverables until outstanding balances have been paid.
4. Project Scope
Each quotation is based on an agreed project scope.
The project scope may include:

Pre-production planning
-
Filming
-
Editing
-
Motion graphics
-
Drone filming
-
Photography
-
Voice-over
-
Music licensing
Revisions Any work requested outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately. Examples include:

Additional filming days
-
Additional editing
-
New deliverables
-
Significant changes to approved content
-
Additional locations or interview subjects
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure projects run smoothly, clients agree to:

Provide accurate information and instructions.

Supply required materials, logos, branding assets or approvals when requested.

Obtain any permissions required for locations, contributors or third-party materials under

their control.

Respond to review requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Delays in providing information or approvals may impact project schedules.
6. Revisions & Amendments
Unless otherwise specified, quotations include the agreed number of revision rounds. Revision rounds are intended to refine the agreed project, not create a new version of the project. Additional revisions beyond those included in the quotation may incur additional charges. We encourage clients to consolidate feedback into a single response wherever possible to help maintain efficiency and project timelines.
7. Production Schedule
Every effort will be made to meet agreed production and delivery timelines.
However, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by:
• Client delays
• Weather conditions
• Technical issues
• Venue restrictions
• Illness or circumstances beyond reasonable control
Creative Productions will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.
8. Cancellation & Postponement
If a project is cancelled after confirmation, Creative Productions reserves the right to charge for work already completed and any costs incurred.
Where filming dates are postponed, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate alternative dates.
Costs already incurred, including crew bookings, travel, accommodation, equipment hire or third party expenses, may remain payable.
9. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Ownership of the final project transfers to the client upon full payment of all outstanding invoices
unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Creative Productions retains ownership of:

Working files
-
Project files
-
Raw footage
-
Editing timelines
-
Production methodologies
-
Templates and production assets
Raw footage is not included unless specifically stated within the quotation.
10. Portfolio & Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Creative Productions may use completed project materials for:
• Portfolio purposes
• Website display
• Social media
• Showreels
• Award submissions
• Marketing activities
If confidentiality is required, this should be discussed before production begins.
11. Archiving & Storage
Creative Productions may retain project files and footage for a limited period after completion. We do not guarantee permanent storage or archive services.
Clients are encouraged to maintain their own copies of all delivered content.
12. Drone Operations
Where drone services are provided, all operations will be conducted in accordance with applicable aviation regulations and safety requirements.
Drone flights may be restricted, modified or cancelled due to weather, airspace limitations, safety concerns or regulatory requirements.
13. Limitation of Liability
Creative Productions will exercise reasonable care, skill and professionalism in the delivery of all
services.
Our total liability relating to any project shall not exceed the value of the fees paid for that specific
project.
We shall not be liable for:
• Indirect losses
• Consequential losses
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Third-party claims arising from client-supplied materials
14. Force Majeure
Creative Productions shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Illness
• Equipment failure
• Industrial disputes
• Government restrictions
• Acts of God
15. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat confidential information shared during a project with appropriate care and discretion.
Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or authorised by the relevant party.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
